What is meditation?
Meditation is a word that comes from the Latin meditatio, or "reflection"; it is a practice of concentrating the mind on one or more objects, images, thoughts, or even on anything, for religious, spiritual, philosophical purposes.
Meditation is essentially a method of getting to know yourself and working with yourself that is practiced by entering a state of profound inner peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent; the major religions of the world, many modern Western psychologies and Eastern cultures or other humanities use forms of meditation and reflection on the inner life.
Meditation can be used as a simple relaxation technique or as a profound means for the growth of awareness and spirituality and therefore as a form of self-care. The differences between the existing meditation techniques and the purposes of meditation are really many.

THE CRYSTALS
Stones and crystals have a unique vital energy that is transmitted and released to those who touch or wear them. Our body and the whole Universe is also energy. In fact, a subtle energy body extends around us, and it is now known that every disturbance that we feel, before manifesting itself on a physical level, exists on our aura.
The therapeutic action of the stones
The fundamental starting point for understanding all this mechanism is to consider man not only in his physical aspect. In this way the therapeutic action of the stones will not appear abstruse or unlikely. Physical studies have highlighted and established that any body, organism and material has its own energy field. Probably, therefore, any natural phenomenon is accompanied by the emission or absorption of energy in the form of light, heat or radiation. As for the Crystals they have the ability to absorb and transform light in the range of infrared, radiation and microwave

THE REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique, immediate and natural, which, using your own hands, allows you to rebalance yourself and regain mental and physical well-being.
More specifically, Reiki is a simple and effective technique of stress reduction, relaxation and restoration of psychophysical health through the use of the so-called "universal energy", that is the energy that permeates the universe and constitutes the "brick" fundamental of every living thing.
Reiki is often referred to as a self-healing technique, as although energy can also be transmitted to other people, it is generally used primarily by the reikist on himself through self-treatment .
The beauty of Reiki: in its versatility, in the possibility of adapting its times and ways to one's needs, to one's lifestyle, to the different phases of existence , as a gift given to oneself.

THE FLOWERS OF BACH
Bach Flowers, recognized by the WHO (World Health Organization), are preparations based on herbal principles studied in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach. Bach flowers, appropriately extracted from wild flowers (except one which is only based on spring water from sources known to have particular properties) can be taken individually or in combination, depending on the mood and individual needs. According to Dr. Edward Bach's vision, the 38 Bach flowers are archetypes that embody a specific state of mind and emotional condition, to be inspired by to evoke one's innate resources and adaptability when you want to find emotional balance and harmony.
