In recent years I have been able to grow personally thanks to a course of studies related to meditation, to holistic massage, knowing the power of crystals and essential oils and Bach flowers for the integrity of the body, spirituality and soul.
My love for animals has led me to exclude animal proteins such as meat and fish from my diet and consequently to seek greater knowledge about food and the nutrition of the body itself.

For many years, using natural products, herbs and all that nature has to offer, but later I could expand my knowledge by using just for him a complex or mega completely herbal and medicinal mushrooms, including in particular the ganoderma, also called reishi.
Nature has always offered us its help to allow us to live a healthy life in a healthy and balanced body but the use of natural substances is often considered ineffective because they require time and personal awareness.
